We haven't had any blowouts while using these diapers and I think they're great, but I can't tell the difference between these ones compared to regular Pampers Swaddlers. They both look and feel exactly the same. The print on the diapers is the same and so is the wetness indicator. The box says that size 1 fits up to 14 pounds but they're getting snug on my baby that weighs just over 12. I was intially skeptical about these diapers, the sizing in particular, because my son is currently in size 6 in normal Pampers, but according to the weight-based sizing of these, I selected size 8. Surprisingly, they fit great, we use them as a "sleep diaper" to ensure no leaks throughout the night, and they've held up even when completely soaked. These are extra absorpant, with no leaks! I've always been happy with Pampers diapers with all of my kids, and these are no exception!
