I have seen a difference in absorbency compared to the regular pampers swaddles, these seem to hold more. I love that they are fragrance free as well, but still manage to block odor. The wetness indicator is larger as well, so you can see when your baby is needing to be changed. I believe that you get your moneys worth with these diapers and I recommend them to anyone looking for a full protection diaper at night.

I got the Pampers Swaddlers Ultra Day & Night (210 count) and WOW — these things are next-level! So of course, mom-scientist mode kicked in 😂 and I did a little experiment. I poured almost 2 full cups of water (about 500 mL) into a size 1… and the diaper absorbed almost the entire thing. It only left just shy of 4 ounces in the cup. Let me tell you — filling a size 1 diaper with nearly 2 cups of liquid is insane! The absorbency is truly impressive. And beyond that? No rash. Ever. Never had a single issue with Pampers, and honestly, none of the moms I know have had rash problems with these either. They stay soft, stay dry, and keep baby comfy day AND night. Very breathable! However, my issue with pampers is that all their products run smaller than other brands for more money. Their size 8s fit like other brand's size 7s, so my son always pulls at them.

Pampers swaddlers have always been the best, they are soft, they smell nice, they don't leak, the baby is dry. I have always had string beans for kids and never had an issue with sizing. I will say the new line of swaddlers seems a little more plasticy than the classic so I hope they go back to the old “formula”
