I had to change her faster than usual, it appears to be thinner than other diapers I've used. I can say that I do feel it wraps around well to help prevent blowouts. I've seen the diaper packed full of fluid but still be dry on the outside. These are one-time-use diapers, so I would never consider washing one. We use these diapers overnight, quite successfully.
