Purchased several months ago and finally had the time to assemble. I hired help and it went up easily and quickly. It took 2 guys about 5 hours to assemble. It helped to have all the parts laid out. I love and plan to put shade cloth over the top for extra shade in the summer.

This is a great Pergola. It was delivered with two boards that were day. Called customer service. Very nice helpful staff. Two days later I received two replacements. Spent one day treating all the wood with a wood present stain. Then one day to assemble. Used the BILT app for instructions. Went together like a dream. Great product. Very pleased.

Very nice product for the money. We received this a couple of months ago, and took our time sorting and staining Redwood. We only had two boards that were warped severely, but they were replaced within two days. Excellent service from the company on any parts or replacement boards that you need!

I finally bought this pergola and my husband and sons put it together and it looked beautiful.... for a while. I put a green metal roof on mine because it sits around trees. Still beautiful, but the woodpeckers LOVE this wood. I have holes everywhere even with a fake owl and a wind chime. Then one fall day, a tree branch came down and smashed one side. My husband says he can repair it. I had ceramic tile and lights under the top and loved its look. Hope it can be rehabbed. Good purchase if found on a deal. Woodpeckers will destroy it.

We bought our 12x16 pergola after purchasing another hrand, upon receiving the other brand it seemed “cheap” made of 1x6’s instead of 2x6’s. We returned the other and purchased our “Beaumont” and couldnt be happier, its sturdy, handsome, and easy to look at. We had a retirement party for a friend recently and everyone was complimentary and impressed at its design and beauty!

Directions were easy to follow, I recommend 3 people to assemble. Took us about 3 to 4 hrs to complete, hardware included was excellent quality and cedar boards went together perfectly. I love the idea of this kit for the DIY’er. It’s like a huge Lincoln Log set. I haven’t ha stud opportunity to actually put it together yet. The transport company ruined a bunch of wood pieces and I’m waiting for the replacements to arrive. This company has excellent customer service and immediately addresses issues with a friendly and understanding representative. They are a model for other businesses. Although I wish my experience was much smoother, you can’t get upset when you are treated so kindly. Awesome!

assembly was easier to follow with Bilt than with instructions that came with kit. Wish I'd have purchased and assembled in January instead of June. Texas heat was brutal.\nI had a little issue with holes not lining up. Ended up drilling larger holes to get boards lined up\nIt's now finished, sun shades are mounted and we love it!
