From the ordering process to delivery and customer service was perfect. The pergola went together with absolutely no problems. My Wife and I are extremely impressed with the look.

Delivery was quick and as stated . Set up for assembly was easy and they were able to accommodate us and getting it done before a party we were having . Very happy with services provided and looks great in our backyard.

We love our pergola! It's solidly built and a beautiful addition to our space. We do wish we'd realized that it needed to be sealed, but that's on us.

So glad I purchased the 14x10 brown cedar pergola. It stands solid once it’s all put together. The instructions were very easy to follow. Two people to put it together was more than enough. It looks great on my new patio. I recommend this product!

Lovely pergola!!! So nice to not have to stain it and it looked stunning as soon as it was put together. Cedar is a soft wood - so it gets dented fairly easily, but otherwise we love it!

Great engineered product. Each box was packaged very well and there was no damage at all. Take your time, put it together leaving everything fairly loose and once completed tighten and square everything up. Two people completed this in 4-1/2 hours.

Since the purchase of the 10x10 pergola, it was pretty simple to put up and I'm enjoying it so far. Awaiting to see how it holds up during moderate to heavy winds. So far a great buy for the money!

Great deal for the price. One board was warped and need convincing to go in place, other than that it went smoothly. I wish the beams were one piece instead of putting end caps on
