I really love these shorts—they're made from great material and the length is perfect for my 8‑year‑old, who's very tall for his age. The only thing to note is the sizing. They run a bit big, so I would recommend sizing down if you want a more secure fit. The drawstring is a nice bonus and helps adjust the waist, but overall the shorts are a little roomy. Still a great buy with solid quality.

I wasn't sure what I thought about these shorts when I first got them, but my son loves them! He tried them on and then asked if he could keep wearing them. They are an active wear material- smooth on the outside and soft on the inside. I wasn't sure if they would be comfortable- they don't seem to have much stretch, but my son said they were comfortable! They are a little shorter than I would like, but they still look nice. Overall, these shorts met my son's expectations, and he loves them, which is a win for me!

These shorts are awesome. They are a little stiff at first but do become more flexible. They have an elastic waist band with a draw string to make sure they stay up. There is a zipper back pocket and a pocket on both front sides. My son loves these and will buy more.

Shorts came in for my son & he immediately did not want to take them off. They feel cool to the touch they are stretchy nylon , polyester :spandex . He is a size 8-10 but the 10-12 fit perfect & the length was a good length. Definitely great for outdoor activities.

Cute and comfy shorts for little boys. These shorts are well made & the fabric feels thick but is quite breathable. Perfect for active little boys that like to play actively. It's pretty true to size and the elastic waist is convenient.

Like the shorts can’t wait until summertime for my son to be able to wear them. He seems to be pretty excited about them. It is a little cold right now to try to wear them for long periods of time outside as the weather is cold.

My son loves these Rec Trek shorts by outdoor voices. The material is a thick active abrasion resistant but comfortable and breathable for your active child. The quality in material is better than most name brand active wear.
