Had all kinds of problems getting my 2024 taxes to load into my 2025. It appears the software was not compatible with Apple. It took several tries but it finally worked. I would have thought the bugs would have been taken care of.

1. Can’t enlarge TT's very small font 2. Can’t alphabetize charities 3. This year TT steered me to online program which I found to be user unfriendly 4. Price increases 5. It's deductible is done. Terrible

This was by far the worst experience. Seems like TurboTax on purpose sobotaged what used to be a good experience. I had trouble editing/entering/modifying/deleting....etc.

I like the product, but it always feels like I'm being scammed with the fees. Really unconscionable to charge $25 for state efile after just purchasing the state.

The instructions for Pennsylvania filing appear incomplete. There are additional forms and documents that are needed beyond what's included in the Turbo Tax Instructions.

Removing the 3rd party DEDUCTION software created a very bad user experience. As a long time TURBO TAX user I will be looking into other tax return software solutins for 2026.

Still prefer the old-school desktop version. I was disappointed that I was charged a "Refund Processing Fee". I guess that a new fee had to be added since the software includes the free E-File.

Your product is very good. I have been doing our taxes with TurboTax since 1993. This is the only year that there are errors that are not visible? With that being said, Other wise I would have rate your product a 5 star rating!

We have used TurboTax every year since it was first introduced and have been very satisfied with the product. Prefer the desktop version for ease of handling, without worry over internet issues.

I felt that this year, the IMPORT function was very clunky. In the past, it worked very smoothly. I hope this is only a temporary problem. I have used Turbo Tax for at least 30 years. I would hate to have to switch to something else.
