From the ease of use to having to speak to an Agent (just once) in twenty years, you can't go wrong. I will until the day I can no longer file, use Turbo Tax :)

I realized I was billed twice in Dec 25 for the software. That's evil. One other third of my frustration is chasing the all over the screen Continue button location.

I've used TurboTax for years to complete my personal and business returns. It walks you through step by step and is very user-friendly. I highly recommend it for amateur and professional filers.

Most interface (statement) are understandable and acuracy. Somehow the turbotax 2025 in Windows 2025 can't link to my 2024 return in Windowrs 10. I have to manually enter almost every things. It may be Windows issues.

Absolutely disgusted at how difficult it is to find and download the product. I'm don't with the difficulties of TurboTax. If you don't want us to use the download, stop offering it!

I am supposed to get 1 state filing for free. However, at the end of the program turbotax charged me $25 to file with the state and another fee for direct deposit. That's not being very transparent with the pricing.

Some parts of last year's return were coming up and were helpful to filling out this year while other parts were not. Make it easier to find where to input payroll taxes/business expenses.

This year, my tax filing experience was much better than previous years with all the previous data being pushed through. The software easily installed in my computer. All the features in Turbo Tax works for me.

I paid for 2 states but only one went through, the CA Didnot and Turbo Tax won't credit back to me. Meaning I lost that $25+tax. That's why I reduced 1 star.

Using for 20+years...customer oriented for the least technical person...truly enjoy the interactiveness and the conversational approach...like the live tax expert opportunity if required...will continue to use and advocate to others...Dr S
