The earbuds work ok. The sound is good, etc. The range from phone to earbuds is acceptable, I guess. Not amazing, but workable. The noise cancelling works fairly well, although it sucks the battery down like nobody's business. The real problem is that they will only connect to one Android device at a time. In order to use them with a second device (phone), they have to be unpaired and forgotten from the first device. After some period of time, they become "available" to a second device. I say "available," but they actually don't even show up as a visible device until some extended time period. I have fought this with an LG V60 and Samsung Galaxy S23 . I no longer even bother. If they are not unpaired from the first device, you cannot connect at all, even if the first device is turned off, etc. I absolutely would not buy these earbuds knowing there would be this problem.

Where to start…. These are so bad. Bad sound; they are usually really quiet but will randomly start blasting and sound like I think they should at what volume level they are sitting on. That's short lived and they are back to being quiet and muffled. The fit is terrible. No ear detections. They do not automatically connect, well kind of. They connect to my phone but the sound out put does not change without going into the control center every time. They will randomly shut off. They never charge to 100% after being in the case all night they will be at 89/90%. Should I have returned them probably. But they I really need a pair of headphones and I thought I could make do. After the first month they got considerably worse. Now, too late to return.

when talking to others over the phone everyone says it sounds like I a million miles away. the sound drops completely for the end user. I have a less expensive set of earbuds that I don't have this issue with if I could return these I would they are only good for listening to music

These are great ear buds, however they aren't for me %26 I did exchange for the Apple AirPods. The music is phenomenal with these %26 they have the active noise cancellation, but I use my earbuds just as much, if not more for phone calls %26 the quality of phone calls to me were just better with the AirPods. With these beats it seemed like the sound would cap at a certain level %26 was not loud enough. But they are great headphones! Small %26 compact!

My husband loves these and it's his fourth pair of beats!! The life time isn't long but it works for him.. External noise is at a minimum and he loves it..

Stop working after the third day and was told I could not bring it back cause I do not have no boxes or nothing so I will not buy nothing from you again

My husband loves them says they have amazing sound quality. He's use to Samsung junk so I did him a favor and introduced him to my Apple accessories!! 😂😂

Doesn't connect great but when using they do eliminate most external noise. I don't care for all the bud covers but it has some if you need to change those. Holds charge well for the price

Overall great deal, the usb c charger port could be better, it doesn't exactly click and if not pushed far in enough won't charge , wish it had a loop to attach to keys or something

Awful- I never was able to talk to others clearly on them even after Apple tried to fix the problem. Money well wasted down the drain from the first use. BEWARE
