We haven't had any blowouts while using these diapers and I think they're great, but I can't tell the difference between these ones compared to regular Pampers Swaddlers. They both look and feel exactly the same. The print on the diapers is the same and so is the wetness indicator. The box says that size 1 fits up to 14 pounds but they're getting snug on my baby that weighs just over 12. Not a lot of diaper brand carry a size 8 making it hard to buy diapers. There was no leakage. The diaper held up all day and night. Perfect diaper for my daughter. Only downside is they felt a little thin.
