love this potty! My daughter is 2 and has had issues with potty training. This elmo potty has helped her so much. SHe loves that she can flush and that it says fun phrases. I am so happy to have found it- it truly has been a game changer. I also love that it can be used as a step stool so that he can wash her hands with it once he is done.

We were super excited to try this new Elmo potty out! To our disappointment, it may be better for a girl. My son is 26 months and every time he sits to pee pee on it, it sprays straight out the front or the side from the splash guard not being high enough. He is tall for his age also, so I feel like he is a little too big for it as well. He loves the flushing sound and interacting with a potty that seems like a real one. He also loves using it as a stool to turn on every light in the house.. :) Compared to other potty chairs, this is easy to clean and serves multiple purposes. Just doesn't fit our little boys needs as far as not having a mess to clean up from the poor splash guard design. If your child loves Elmo and happens to be a girl, and on the smaller side, you may have better luck. I did receive this product for free, in return of my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandson is 3 years old and still being potty trained. Whe he comes to my house he's been able to use this seat. The seat has removable parts that make it very easy to clean and dry out. The orange basin is also deep enough that you're not worried about a tiny bump or movement causing a spill. The bright colors are fun.

My daughter was so excited to help open her Sesame Elmo Potty seat that we received free of charge for our honest opinion. My 3-year-old daughter is developmentally disabled and anything to spike her interest to use the potty I was happy to try. Right away after we attached the back to it she was looking it over pretty good opening and closing the lid. She definitely learned quickly about its awesome use as a step stool too.  I kinda wish there was a spot to hang a roll of toilet paper but I could see that being a safety hazard or kids getting caught on it. I usually just grabbed a few squares and hung in over the back. My daughter loves that when she flushes and Elmo talks to her after shes tries.  One thing I wasn't too sure about was how hard and quickly the lid would close or could slam shut. I was worried if my daughter's fingers were in there they would get hurt but luckily that hasn't happened.  I absolutely love that the seat attaches to a normal toilet seat! It latches and stays tight very well also without having to worry about it or the little one falling off. So when there ready to move up to the adult toilet you just take the seat off the potty attach it to the adult potty and use the potty as a step stool.  Seems quite easy to clean and wipe down.  I really like how versatile the Sesame Elmo potty is because you start off on the floor with it. When they are ready for the adult potty you put the seat on the adult one and have a step stool right there too!

He is very excited to use the potty everyday and be able to flush then close the lid himself. The flush sounds are awesome! It's made sturdy and clean ups are easy. I love that its 3 in one and that will come in handy when switching to the regular toilet.

I love the fake flush, the colors, how sturdy it is. It feels really well made. I also love that it can be used as a step stool. Very easy to take apart and clean. This is just for girls though, it is not usable for a boy at all. The hole is too small like others have mentioned. As soon as my son sat on it I could see there was no where for him to go pee he covered the entire opening by sitting. The top is also very heavy and he slams it down very hard.

My 2 year old is afraid of the toilet but when we got this she was so excited and didn’t want to get off. The potty ring and bowl are separate pieces and can be washed easily. I also love that it can be used as a stool too.

We are big fans of this potty! Unlike others it grows with your child and has multiple uses. We used it as a potty whole training, a seat as my child grew, and now we love using it as a stool to get on and off the big potty and brush teeth! This is a very cute potty. My son enjoyed flushing the a little too much. He would turn to the side to flush and with the very small splash guard it did not contain his pee. It is a little big for my 18 month old. The step stool is nice and we will continue to use it for that. We have a basic potty that we have been using for months and after a week of using the Elmo potty my son went back to the basic one. He does not use the Elmo potty anymore.
