This functional and fun design is not just a regular potty seat that I used for potty training my kiddos when they were toddlers! This can be used as a toilet trainer and step stool! The pretend-flush handle is an absolute adorable feature of this product that my grandson has fun using. I feel this makes him feel like a big boy using an.adult toilet like his brothers and sisters. It has fun sounds and Elmo’s encouraging voice that adds even more more fun! Overall, I think this Sesame Street Elmo Hooray! 3-in-1 Potty will be a big hit for anyone who's child is at the potty training stage. it's cute but the younger children like to close it and it slams down on fingers. it should have some kind of latch to hold top up. My grandson is just learning how to use it, but has slammed it down on his hand and fingers. Not happy with this. Could be a pretty easy fix.

My son is almost 3, and we've been trying casually to potty train for months. We've stalled a bit. His original potty is just white and gray, so not very exciting. As soon as he saw the Elmo potty he was excited to go pee. He loves Elmo, and he LOVES that he can flush. I don't like the loud creaky noise that the lid makes when opening and closing. Also, the insert should have more of a spout for pouring the pee into the toilet. But I'm hopeful this will help us get rid of the pull-ups!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This potty is so cute for little trainers! Love that they can practice with flushing, the sounds it makes are great. I like how it is designed to where when the child gets up it can’t stick to them and spill out. And they are less likely to try to get then pan out and dump it themselves since you have to lift up a piece to get out the pot . I like that it shuts like a real toilet as well! Looks better sitting in the bathroom and it teaches them to close the toilet.

I had the honor of testing this product and it’s a great potty. It is a good height for toddlers, easy to use and great vibrant colors. The white part of the seat also detaches and fits on a regular toilet. We took that part with us on vacation and it worked out great and was easy to transport. My child especially liked to flush the potty and hear the fun sounds. The basin is easy to remove and clean. It can also be used as a step stool and we continue to use it as such now that my child has transitioned to the regular toilet.

When we first received the potty my daughter would not stop screaming at elmo to move!it was the funniest thing ever! I guess elmo looked so realistic to her. She still tells him to move sometimes! Lol! She loves when elmo cheers and she always flushes after every use. Sometimes she just plays with the flusher! Honestly I think her favorite part of the potty is using the step stool. She uses it as a stool more than she uses the potty! It's very light weight and she carries it around herself. She uses it to wash her hands and brush her teeth. She can reach the sink just fine with it. Clean up is easy but I've only had to clean up urine so far. I love how I can pick up the top to access the potty because it makes a spill less likely. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This potty includes a toilet trainer with deflector shield - nice touch for my granson. The built-in hold-on handles for when he is ready to transition to a regular toilet is very beneficial for independence when toileting! The one-hand removal of the toilet trainer is simple and easy for me. You really do need to sanitize it regularly by taking it apart. But it cleans up realy nicely with sanitizing pray and paper towels. It's easy to store and small enough to carry around when they are first learning how to potty. I love the flusher!

We all dread potty training (at least I did being a first time mama) but with Elmo it felt like playtime. I had previously purchased a different brand of potty system and it was a complete mess. My son and I both were unmotivated to try again after day one. With the this specific one, he absolutely adored the sounds and encouragement he received from Elmo! Which two and half year old doesn't love a colorful Elmo on their potty? This system turns into a step stool right afterwards and further encouraged him to wash his hands because "Elmo is helping me reach the sink!" The main feature that I absolutely loved was the built in splash guard. I simply didn't worry once about it while he used the potty. Other brands we tried had a detachable piece and fell off every single time he peed, it was a nightmare. Easy surface to clean and extremely durable (munchkin tossed it around and jumped it on it a lot)Do yourself a favor and grab this , you and your little one will enjoy potty time and it honestly didn't feel like a chore! Great product. My daughter took to it very easily, and loved the Elmo, and t he Flushing sound and movement. It was very easy to out and keep sanitary with the bowl. She could even empty its contents into the big potty and then clean the bowl, and call upon one of us to sanitze it to keep it clean. We received this product as a trial for her, and were asked in return for her trying it, to leave our honest reviews for everyone else. It is a big win for us, and for her, and getting us our of that constant purchase and changing of the pull-ups!!

Bought this training potty for our 3 year old son who loves Elmo. Very cute and has a fun flusher that makes Elmo noises but the guard in the front of it is too small and doesn’t really do much to protect against the inevitable. If it had a taller guard I would rate higher, also the potty itself is on the smaller side, but definitely a cute little thing.
