This was fairly easy to put together with 2 people. Customer service has been good so far, the control panel is fairly cheap. They did send a new one that’s an updated part when we called on issues with the WiFi. We unfortunately cannot get this hooked up to WiFi and something is wrong with the temperature sensor as the sauna goes to max heat 220, then triggers the safety and we cannot get sauna to turn on without flipping another button on the back. For these reasons we are not that happy with the product.

My 2-4 person barrel sauna is beautiful, heats up rapidly, and the instructions made it reasonable to put together.
