My nephew is almost 2 so he's too big for these, but I know for a fact how great they are, as these are the diapers we used for him when he was about a month old! The Pampers were purchased as an entrance gift for a twin baby shower. Our checking account was charged twice, $50.86, for one item. The store was called and we were told to come in for a refund! We live 455 miles away! we were told there was nothing they could do! On March 10th, we called the Corporate Office at 888-746-7726 and spoke with Cris. She saw that we were charged twice and would refund our money in 7 business days. Our account has not been credited and it has been 9 business days. Still waiting and not happy. In this day and time, it does not take that long to credit anyone, anywhere.
