Since they're ultra, they had great absorbency, holding a little more than regular Swaddlers (but don't expect a miracle). The box I purchased (for 8 - 14lb babies) comes with 210 diapers, which is a good amount, and the diapers featured an ultra-absorbent core, KeepDry liner, and All-Around Leakguard with Blowout Barrier. I really like that they're hypoallergenic, free from latex, parabens, and elemental chlorine. I find these ideal for overnight use, but it could be used for a heavy wetter, as well.

As always, the diaper holds the insane amount of pee my almost 2 year old can put out and stays in place with all his running around. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I believe the flaps need to be longer. Considering we got a size 8 for my off the charts toddler, extra room for the tummy would be nice. Although my toddler is a little on the chunkier side the elasticity is great on the back. The absorption is also really good. The fragrance might be a problem for kids with sensitive skin hence why I gave it one less star as it is strong.
