We did not see any leakage after our soon slept with it on all night long. The straps hold tight and they are absorbent.

The absorbency is amazing, keeping my toddler dry overnight with very few leaks or blowouts. I noticed that they help keep the baby dry for several hours, especially at night, and in my experience there were not many leaks. I liked that they have no fragrance and feel uncomfortable for sensitive skin. In general, it is a very good option.
