I have used many different brands of pre-mixed protein shakes/drinks over the last 7-8 years. This one ranks up as one of the best tasting. I had bariatric surgery about 6 treats ago and need to keep my protein intake up. Drinks like this help tremendously. It also does not feel “chalky” when you are drinking it. This tastes exactly like you would expect- a vanilla milkshake! I was surprised how much it really tastes like one with so many less calories and 30 grams of protein! It was not too thick and not too sweet like sole flavored protein shakes can be. I love that there's a lot of protein in it. My kids even liked this and they don't usually like protein shakes!

My new favorite go to protein drink! Perfect for drinking on my way to work, before a workout or for lunch! 150 calories with 30 grams of protein, 2 g of sugar per serving, 8 vitamins and minerals. Shakes contain no artificial colors, carrageenan, artificial growth hormones and they're gluten and lactose free! The vanilla flavor is smooth, not chalky and no aftertaste. I refrigerated mine and really enjoyed the shake. You cannot go wrong with the price for a 12 pack. 10-10 recommend!

I tried the vanilla and it definitely tastes like a milk shake! It is not chalky and does not have a bad after taste. I also appreciate that it is not sickeningly sweet. With 30 grams of protein, it kept me feeling satisfied after my workout. Would like to try the other flavors!

This is one of the best shakes I have gotten from Sam's in a long long time!!! It's smooth and not grainy, no harsh after taste. No heartburn or indigestion from it either! It's soo good and easy to drink on the way to work or to the gym! I recommend the chocolate one for a post work out !

This is a very good protein drink that has a smooth flavor. One of the challenges of all protein drinks is that they have a certain flavor that is very hard to get away from because you need to deliver the protein and balance it off of the taste. The cost of this product makes it a very good purchase because it is cheaper than other drinks and taste as good if not better than those drinks. I have had some of those drinks as well as my son, and we both agree that they quality product. Taste is very subjective, but as far as this product goes it is the best of the bunch for the price and the taste. Will probably buy more.
