I was honestly surprised by how good these shakes taste. The vanilla flavor is smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet like a lot of protein drinks. They’re perfect on their own for a quick breakfast or post-workout snack, but they’re even better poured over ice with coffee for an easy homemade vanilla latte. The texture stays rich without being heavy, and the high protein keeps me full for hours. Definitely one of the best ready-to-drink shakes I’ve tried, especially for the price and convenience.

I purchased this on 30 December, 2025. We drink the Members Mark Chocolate version and saw the vanilla and decided to try it. First of all, trying to get it open. The shrink wrap on the lid is very hard to get off. Then there is an additional foil on the inside which is tough to get off. I shake it will. Then the taste. It's nothing special, just okay. The worst part is the chunks on the bottom that will not dissolve with all the shaking in the world. The last couple of swallows contain chunks of whatever is stuck to the bottom of the container.

This is a pretty good shake. The taste and smell is a pleasant vanilla without being chalky or with a bad after taste. It's perhaps is a bit watery for my liking, but it does pack a strong protein punch at 30g. At only 150 calories and 2g of sugar, it's a great option to get protein without a bunch of extra calories and sugar.

This is a great larger size at 11.5 oz I feel like compared to the other brands. It tastes better cold of course but is versatile enough to where I can even add it to my coffee or smoothies. It has low sugar, so my mom who is a diabetic also drinks it. Its been my go to when on the road, work, and in between meals. I really like that it has a resealable cap so I can store it back in the fridge or throw it in my bag.

This protein shake tastes amazing! It is a smooth vanilla flavor with no funny after taste. I have drank alone and also added to my iced coffee. I bought the strawberry flavor as well and it is delicious. I highly recommend as an alternative to other name brand protein shakes.

For those who are just starting to try to get in shape, this would be great supplement. It is excellent source of protein, low saturated fat, low sodium and low sugar. The flavor is good too. So it is better than nothing, but in the end it has too many calories and added sweeteners.
