The milkshake flavored vanilla drink taste like a vanilla shake. It has a creamy texture. The bottle was a little difficult to open with the plastic wrapping. The taste was like drinking a vanilla shake but there was a slight after taste. The taste was not a bad taste but it was noticeable. The 30g of protein was enough to whet my appetite between breakfast and lunch. I recommend drinking it cold.

This shake is different because of the very smooth texture. Even the best protein shakes have a chaulky texture to them but this one has none! It's just like drinking a vanilla flavored milk. I can see this being used in all sorts of ways from putting in into your coffee to putting it on your cereal in the morning to boost your protein to start your day. With 30 grams of protein and a delicious flavor I will definitely be buying more of these shakes.
