This is a premade protein shake in a bottle. The vanilla flavoring is okay, but I prefer chocolate versions I have tried. It drinks well and takes up a limited foot print in the refrigerator so I'd say this is a great option for convenience.

This definitely curbed my appetite and helped me throughout the day. The taste was good, but I will have to try chocolate. It is also good in a smoothie with fruit. The quality was very satisfying for myself.

I really liked this protein shake. I use vanilla protein shakes as "creamer" for my iced coffee to give me a boost of protein in the morning. This one was pretty good but I would like it better if it were not so sweet.

I am not a vanilla flavor fan, so my opinion might be a bit biased. The consistency of the drink was strange. It might be better if it was slightly chilled, it left almost like a film on my teeth. I was definitely not a fan!
