I ordered the outdoor voices RecTrek Shorts size 10/12 for my grandson and he loves the way they fit, feel and how comfortable they are. He wears them to my community park and plays on the playground on the swings and tumbler.He loves the color blue?

These are my son's new favorite comfy shorts! These shorts give the appearance of a dressier short with the comfort of gym shorts! Stretch waist and material make these a go-to for those occasions when you want them dressed a little nicer, but your child is resistant to anything without a stretch!

First, I have a pretty picky 10 yr old son and he 100% approves of these shorts (a miracle!). As a mom, I love they can be dressed up or down. The material is unlike anything I'm familiar with and gives these shorts an elevated athletic look/feel. Guidance on sizing, my son just turned 10 (80 lbs)so in between a medium and a large depending on the brand. He is wearing a size large, which worked great for him (and still gives him room to grow).

I really love these shorts—they're made from great material and the length is perfect for my 8‑year‑old, who's very tall for his age. The only thing to note is the sizing. They run a bit big, so I would recommend sizing down if you want a more secure fit. The drawstring is a nice bonus and helps adjust the waist, but overall the shorts are a little roomy. Still a great buy with solid quality.

Comfortable but tough shorts. The outer material is nice because it feels tougher than standard cotton/ nylon shorts and they have a tiny bit of stretch. The shorts fit true to size and we can't wait for warmer weather to wear them. Great for school, the park, or hiking.

The perfect short for any outdoor activity. The material is durable and will wick moisture away from the skin. There is a zip back pocket that is very nice for any personal preference. My son went hiking wearing these shorts and were perfect functional in every activity he in countered in his adventure. I recommend to anyone.

Shorts came in for my son & he immediately did not want to take them off. They feel cool to the touch they are stretchy nylon , polyester :spandex . He is a size 8-10 but the 10-12 fit perfect & the length was a good length. Definitely great for outdoor activities.

It has a zippered back pocket (I would add a zipper to the front pockets too…my kids always looses something from their pockets) it looks and feels so good, and the best part is the price, with all these pros…you might expect a high price, but not…a fair price for a great product.
