Mickey D’s but BETTER

I never leave reviews for things unless it’s worth leaving for other inquiring minds. I think it’s all on how you choose to “cook” the nuggets. I chose to deep fry mine. I have a presto pro double basket deep fryer %26 cooked them for 5.5 mins as instructed, however I used vegetable oil for my choice of oil . They came out a beautiful golden color and had more meat in them than every kids favorite “HAPPY MEAL” restaurant. 10/10 when I go back to Sam’s I will buy 2 boxes to have on hand for my kiddos. Oh %26 the bags are plum full of nuggies!! I made 6 plates with fries %26 gave everyone 8 nuggies a piece and still have over half a bag left.

So good

I'm going to try my best to be as detailed as possible. These nuggets are great. They are similar to McDonald's. The batter is thicker. The flavor is good could use a bit more the best cooking method is frying from frozen let them get nice and golden if you don't they can be a bit doughy. They are drier than McDonald's I think they use all white meat scraps. These are the only store bought nuggets my children likes outside of just bare.

maybe we got a bad bag

we thought maybe they'd be close to McDonald's nuggets. It didn't matter if we air fried them, toaster oven, or convectional oven baked them, there was always something off. Maybe it was a bad bag, bad lot, but we weren't about to try deep frying them when we don't do that at home anyway. I was rather relieved when my husband said we finished the box after several attempts to see if it was us, our kitchen appliances, or the nuggets.

BEST NUGGETS EVER

Country Pride makes the best chicken strips and I was glad to see they make nuggets. Just like the strips, be sure to cook thoroughly. They are the best out there and no way taste like the gross McDonalds ones. Solid meat and just right the right amount of batter. Excellent product.

Overall this chicken nugget is superior to other frozen nuggets as it is convenient, crispy, dependable, and taste just like the McDonald nuggets themselves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country pride tempura nuggets are a solid frozen option with standout crispness. The tempura coating gets light and crunchy, especially in the air fryer. They’re satisfying enough for a quick meal, though the chicken portion is a bit modest. Cooking is easy and consistent, best results in the air fryer. The aroma is warm and inviting while the aftertaste is exactly like a McDonald’s nugget!

Pretty decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size and price of these were amazing! They didn't have a resealable bag so I did separate into zip lock bags. My kids enjoyed the flavor but did say the outside texture tasted just a little funny. They still ate them all up and are continuing to eat them.

Delicious chicken nuggets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried all different kids of chicken nuggets at home and my kids always say that they are never as good as the fast food restaurants. Tonight, my daughter wanted me to make her some, mind you she maybe will eat 2-3 nuggets on a good day! I made her five nuggets in the air fryer and she ate those before she ate anything else on her plate. Then she asked me to make her some more and ended up eating three more nuggets. My son ended up trying them as well and ate the other two. My kids who are the pickiest nugget eaters loved them. I told them that we will definitely keep buying this brand. When we cooked them in the air fryer, they were just like fresh nuggets you would get at the restaurant. They weren’t greasy and I felt like this was a better option than actually going to the restaurant.

It's a yes

I didn't have big hopes for these chicken nuggets. If it wasn't for the YouTube videos I've seen which is the reason why I actually bought this. I normally buy regular chicken that I have to cook up myself versus processed foods I found that a lot of of the processed frozen foods. Are that good at all but I took a chance and when I say this is absolutely delicious in my humble opinion it taste better than McDonald's. I fried mine to where it was really really crunchy. I used thick and tangy open pit for the tipping sauce, and I paired it with English cucumbers that I got from Sam's grapefruit

Grew up with French fries and Nuggets!

Grew up with French fries and Nuggets! I grew up with nuggets very similar to these from a fast food restaurant we all know/ I was carried around in the back end of a station wagon with fries and nuggets and no seat belt. Older than people would want to imagine. I don't write reviews, These are amazing! I put them in the air fryer a little longer than advised and dipped in ranch. I'm telling you these have the crunch /taste, maybe even better from a real chicken side, does need salt and pepper which is good for those who want to add.

FLAVORLESS!!! kids made them in the air fryer, and said they were gross. I figured it was one of those things that just needed to be deep fried. What a waste of oil! The only reason i bought them was thay were a decent price. Now i feel like i just wasted money.
