I have used Charmin Ultra Soft for many years and have been very satisfied until now. Apparently, I am not the only one dissatisfied. People are telling you the product is not the same, please listen to what is being said and check into it. Something had to of changed or customers would not be complaining.

I put a roll of this delicious toilet paper in my bathroom and invited some friends to come over. Every single person commented on how soft and strong the toilet paper was. They commented on how "clean" it made them. They also commented on how big (mega sized) the roll was. My 13 year old niece came out of the bathroom with and was rubbing a piece of the toilet paper on her face and couldn't stop talking about how velvety it is. She begged my sister to buy it from now on. Every single person asked for the name of it. Charmin Ultra Soft Mega is by far the best toilet paper we have ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra was just the toliet paper I had been looking for.So nice and soft,not stiff like other toliet papers seem to be.When I received my pack of toliet paper from Charmin,I had never seen such enormous rolls of paper.These rolls of charmin were twice as big as any of the name brand toliet papers I had ever used before.When I look for toliet paper I look for the softest rolls I can find and how much is on a roll of paper before I buy it.

I am the type of person that if I don't have nothing else in my house I have toilet paper. Now that I have tried Charmin I'm going to switch cause I love how soft it feels and its lasting longer than the brand I used to buy.

When Charmin sent us this new toilet paper I was skeptical that it would impress all four of us enough to make us considering switching. We have all been officially impressed with this product. We put a roll in each of our four bathrooms and waited to see if our son would say anything. During this time he had a severe sinus infection and we had been going through tissues with lotion constantly. I noticed in his bed one morning that he had removed the role of Charmin from the bathroom and had put it in his bed, next to his pillow. When I asked him why he had done this, he explained that the Charmin was softer on his raw nose than the tissues! It is actually that soft!!!! My husband and I, while we didn't use ours as nose paper, were really impressed at how strong it was and how little you really needed to use. It didn't leave any residual paper flakes, it didn't break apart and was still miraculously thin enough to not clog our toilets. I honestly didn't think I could ever write such a glowing review about toilet paper, but I was wrong. The Charmin Ultra soft is in a class above all the other toilet papers! We are brand converts now!

Oh Charmin, what have you done? The rolls are a whole inch more narrow. Did some executive get a great bonus for this? Well, I hate it. Now, I have to go find another product and you have been my favorite for years and years. Dagnabit anyway... Value is 2.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin was fabulous at sending my family their product to test out. The Ultra Soft Mega roll arrived during a Family gathering of 11. Perfect I thought "now I can really test out this product" and see what everyone thinks. I supplied two bathrooms with the Mega roll and two with my normal brand. Two days later we were all sitting at breakfast and I casually mentioned the Charmin. My sister said "I thought it was very soft and nice", my brother in law stated that he thought the roll was too big for the holder. The roll of paper is huge compared to normal brands. I am pleased with that fact because I figured the roll would last longer and I wouldn't have to go to the store to replace it. We do have a septic at our home and I really wanted to know why the package says clog safe, septic safe. So we tested the paper against the other brand I already had. Taking a 1/4 portion of each brand I placed each piece in a clear glass of water. No major change took place between the two. We left our little experiment on the counter overnight. Neither paper deteriorated, the Ultra soft separated into two parts while the other brand did not. So I'm not convinced that the Charmin Ultra Soft is safe for septics. I am convinced however, that the Mega roll is lasting longer. I don't have to change the roll as often and it is super soft. I will be looking for Charmin Ultra soft Mega rolls next time I'm in the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cushiony soft! You actually use much less. It's strong and absorbent. Great product that is both strong and soft,the highest quality. I've tried others but none compare to the strength, comfort. Toilet Paper is definitely a product where you can tell the difference between poor and excellent quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra Soft is so soft compared to other brands. Drug store brand are feel like sandpaper but Charmin Ultra Soft is soft and smooth. I love how big and thick the toilet paper rolls are. We don't have to change the rolls are often. Also, the sheets of toilet paper are so thick that you don't have to use as much to wipe. I highly recommend Charmin Ultra Soft to others and I will be purchasing myself.
