The "BETTER TEAR" feature you recently added has turned into a horrible idea from my perspective. At first, the wavy line of perforations was fine but I did not see it as much of an improvement. Now, the product I have been getting in the stores leaves a lot to be desired. The sheets seldom if ever tear where they are intended to because the perforations are too shallow to do any good. The result is a piece of tissue that is either too small, too large, or just an odd-shaped patch that is totally worthless.

This roll is huge, and will last a long time. I was afraid it wouldn't fit on my holder, but it has been designed to exactly fit perfectly but snug. It the softest charmin yet, and is like a little pillow on your behind.

The toilet paper itself is soft and durable. There is no tearing while using it! Charmin definitely gives you a lot of toilet paper in just four rolls! Looks like about an inch and a half of just toilet paper on one roll! One thing that I am hesitant about is if they are really giving me more toilet paper in four rolls. Every roll looks a lot shorter in length, but when I look at the width, it appears that there is a lot of toilet paper there! That is just something that I would like to know before getting this product; am I really getting "Mega" rolls? Despite the one concern I have with the product, my family and I love it so much and it is a great product! Soft, durable, and does it's job! :)

It is very soft and very thick. I like that you do not need to use a lot to get the job done. I also like the mega size rolls. They really save a lot of storage space! If there is any con, it would be the shape of the sheet. I have noticed that over the years the sheet appears to be smaller but I could be wrong. Overall the product is great and worth it!

With two children in the house, I save more money with Charmin because it yields more than another toilet paper. We are fascinated by how smooth it is. My little one uses it to clean her nose when she does not find the tissues because according to her, it is soft. Highly recommended.

Needless to say, things were very difficult for him. Thank God, he made a complete recovery. He still has sensitivity and he will only use Charmin Ultra Soft. I have bought other toilet paper and he can't use them. They are just too harsh. Charmin Ultra Soft is the best and only thing our family will use. Thank you for a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much to my surprise, I came home one night to a box on my front porch. When I opened the box, there were four roles of Charmin bathroom tissue. I have always been a Scott's brand person but was willing to try another brand. I must say, I have been missing out all this time. I was very satisfied with the quality and softness of this product. I will definitely start buying in the future and will recommend to all my family and friends.

I've been buying charmin ultra soft for years but this last package has changed, My wife is accusing me of buying something cheaper and trying to pass it off as the real thing...Is there a way I can appease my wife or I'll have to try something else?

I have had the same free standing roll holder in a small bathroom for 15 years. This year, the rolls have become so narrow that they do not stay on the holder. I end up putting them on the floor. This is beyond aggravating. The holder is a high quality chrome stand by Samuel Heath. Can you please make the rolls conform to the standard size again? If you have a different holder it's less of a problem. Did you think we might not notice that you have narrowed the rolls?
