I have been using this product for quite a while,today I bought fresh supply only to find out that the rolls are at lease 1/2 in smaller with the same amount off sheets and the price is higher,,they say its a mega roll with 4 times more than regular roll..its time people stop buying this product because its a low blow for the consumer,BOYCOTT CHARMAIN UNTIL THEY BRING BACK THE ORIGNAL SIZE ROLL,,i will be monitoring this and have reported this to consumer affairs about this wrong practice..

Quality control fell asleep at the wheel. First time. Sheets do not tear at the perforations and instead simply tear at the weakest point. This caused (a couple times) a "spinning" roll and yards of tp onto the floor. What am I - a cat? Still love the product. Can't see myself standing in line trying to return unused rolls of toilet paper

I tested it out & it was the best feeling toilet paper my behind has ever felt! it's very soft, almost like using a blanket on your bum. The mega rolls are also almost 4 times the size of a regular roll!! I love this stuff & my whole family agrees, this will now be our new regular brand we get from now on. Because now our bums have been spoiled :) I gaurantee once you've tried it, you'll never wanna go back to your ordinary toilet paper ever again either..

Sorry but the new ultra soft is not the little extra in life that we expect. Bring the old style back call it what ever you want but if I go the extra $ it has to be better. Heck my sister in law would fill her suitcase with the old style and haul it off to Moscow even she is disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Ultra-Soft is everything TP should be. It's soft, not scratchy, and yet it doesn't fall apart in your hand or leave behind a lot of lint. It's strong enough you don't have to use half a roll at a time. And speaking of rolls, this one is big, so you don't have to change the roll every other day. I also thought it was a good value for the money -- a winner all the way around.

In terms of it's "Mega" roll size; it is the same in diameter as the Kirkland (Costco) roll , yet 1/2 inch shorter, so you are getting less. I have not compared, but I believe that Charmin is also more expensive than the Costco brand. If you are lookingin terms of just "softness" Charmin wins!!

Just purchased your product and found tiny bugs in the package. This is unacceptable, especially since I had to spray my bathroom because they were in my sink. Once I saw them in the sink, luckily I had only opened the package in my bathroom, so hopefully this is the only place they are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] let me start by saying this is some really soft tp! the package came with 4 rolls but they are so thick the pack looked really huge, the rolls themselves are so thick and soft i thought it wasn't going to fit on my tp holder, but yes it did fit, no problems there like i thought. and wow this Charmin ultra soft mega roll tp i would have to say is the absolute softest and thickest tp i have ever used, or have ever seen even. it is so soft and so thick it almost is like not using toilet paper, like a soft thick cloth. and no problems with it flushing down either, i have a septic tank and had no problems there either. i don't know if it is because i usually only bought the cheapest value brands of tp in the past, because hey, we all know where it's gonna end up so why spend the extra $, right, but now i think i know why people do spend the extra, because with this brand at least you really do get what you pay for, more softness and quality. and yes it did seem to last longer too, the claim about using less was true as well, it is so thick you don't need to wrap it around itself several times. my husband especially liked that, he really loved how thick and soft it was, and actually told me about his first time using it, how it didn't rip or tear through (yeah, i know, but when you're married for 26 years you can talk to each other about anything lol!). so if you like your tp really soft and really thick, this Charmin ultra soft mega roll is the best.

It is thick and absorbent and a little bit goes a long way. A roll lasts a long time. It has a pretty embellished design on it, which makes it extremely fancy. This bath tissue is luxurious. It is a royal addition to any bathroom, especially if you want to impress guests! In fact, it would be nice to keep around for entertaining guests. Of course, it is a treat for family members, too.
