[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this Olay Vitamin C + Peptide 24 Brightening Serum for about a week and I really like it. It smells like citrus and it absorbs into my skin easily and nicely without a sticky residue. I also love that it contains so many beneficial ingredients (Vitamin C; peptides; Niacinamide; lactic acid) and does not contain parabens, phthalates, dyes, or mineral oil. It's supposed to be used day and night, but because of the lactic acid I've only been using it at night.

What I did notice was that I had an immediate breakout with using this serum and that could either be attributed to either the exfoliation process or hormones. I did, however, wake up to smoother, softer feeling skin which is key to anti-aging anyway. The serum applied easily and soaked right into the skin which is key because I don't care for sticky serums and I also layer products. The serum also has a pleasant smell.

I did have a little bit of a reaction to it when I first applied the serum but the results in morning were nice. I am still using it but I have noticed smoother skin and some more skin tone evening.

I've been using it for about three weeks. It's easy to apply. I didn't need a lot to cover my face. It's fast absorbing and non sticky. I used it before my moisturizer and didn't experience any irritation. My main purpose of using this product was to fade mild acne discoloration. Unfortunately my skin marks easily. I have noticed significant improvement in fading the marks. I don't have to apply as much concealer. I'm expecting my marks to completely fade by next month. I'm completely satisfied with it.
