I've bought many towels in the span of 4 decades, and these towels are my favorite. We've been using this brand for over a decade, and our towels have lasted that long! Still in great shape. I recently ordered 6 more as our family is growing. I wouldn't buy another brand. Best quality and the best and affordable price.

I buy these in various colors- each family member has their own color for easier laundry and taking care of. These remain soft for YEARS and hold their quality! Only thing I wish Sam’s would do is make new colors— deep Olive green, rust… more of a variety! We’d buy them!!

We have bought several of these because you can't beet the feel for the price HOWEVER, these things dry rot quickly and start to tear when dying off. They just down't last. I guess at this price though no biggie to just throw it away and get another one. It has happened to every one we bough and we probably have bought 5 or 6 over time.

This is my first time buying these towels. I bought 2 sets and washed and dried them twice. It’s not normal lint it’s large pieces coming off the towels. I had to take my hand around the inside of the washer to get all the 1 inch to 3 inch pieces of towel off of the washer drum. I will definitely be returning these towels. The hand towels were fine. It was just the larger bath towels and both were in different colors.

I first purchased 10 of these towels and wash cloths a few years ago when they were Hotel Luxury Reserve Brand. I’ve loved them and my family has loved them as well. I only purchase white linens for my home so that I can launder them with bleach since everyone’s bodily fluids end up on them. I have recently gone back and purchased 6 more towels under this brand and I love them also. I launder them in bleach and hot water using shout on any stains I come across and these towels truly hold up! Do not ever get rid of these towels plz! Such a great price for a great product!

I initially bought 6 towels in white about 2 years ago. At that time they were called Hotel Reserve or something like that. They have absolutely held up beautifully. I normally use bleach and hot water when I wash them. Lots and lots of use and still feel thick and absorbent. We recently renovated one of our bathrooms and I bought 4 of the platinum and dark grey towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Gorgeous colors and have washed up as good as the white, without using bleach, of course. I always wash new linens before using for the first time and from the first time using them, I've never had any lint left behind on my body when drying off. If you like a thick, thirsty and oversized towel at an affordable price, you can't go wrong with these. Please don't stop carrying these towels.

This is my second time I have purchased these towels from Sam's club on a whim. They are so thick and absorbent and just feel so much better from the old towels I have, I didn't realize how bad they were. I have washed with just detergent only, no softener no additives just the detergent. I then dried with wool balls and I have nowith just detergent only, no softener no additives just the detergent. I then dried with wool balls and I have no problems. When I see a comment about someone saying they just faded or bleached somehow I can't help but wonder if there were some kind of bleaching residual still in the washer. We love these towels.

I love these towels. Great quality. Great price. Great absorbency. Great thickness. Long lasting and durable. My only complaint is after washing the sizing out a horrible chemical odor wafts from the towels and is very off putting. Takes my breath away. Nothing changes this either: fragrant laundry detergent, fabric softener, sanitizer, dryer sheets. Nothing! Would think long and hard about reordering.

We loved these towels, super soft and super plush. Then we washed them. We bought two of them and they completely fell apart. We have a high end Samsung washer and we have never had another towel fall apart like these did. Almost ordered 8 more because they were so soft, good thing we washed the towels we had first! Great towels if you never need to wash them.
