For me it was too thick, keep in mind that I don't use a lot of paper and yet when I rolled it up to use it was just too thick. I am a Charmin guy through and through but I wouldn't seek out this particular product. I will just stick with my regular Charmin!

I told her NO, I had some new paper. She said ,I like this stuff it seems better. I told her it should be stronger and she should be able to use less paper. Although she likes the paper, she did not like the idea of using less paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must admit, before using Charmin Ultra Strong, I was a little skeptical about some of the claims surrounding this product... I mean, how much better can this toilet paper really work compared to other brands?? Well, after using Ultra Strong I can confidently say this stuff is the real deal! It’s sturdy, it’s effective, and you will certainly use less of it to get the job done. I never asked a lot from my toilet paper before… but now the bar has been raised with regards to my TP expectations!!

You certainly ripped your drawers this time! Whatever the reason for the downgrading of your product, it was suely a mistake. We might as well buy a cheap grade of paper towels. I will be looking for a new brand of toilet paper. It couldn't be worse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roll of toilet paper is the bomb! Whenever I'm in the bathroom wiping there is no compromise and this roll takes it to a whole new level. For the extra money you get 8 times the extra strength. I love this stuff and it makes a good substitute for paper towels or napkins. With this toilet paper you use much less than the normal toilet paper. I give it a 10 out of 10.

When I started using Charmin Ultra Strong, I intentionally tried to use less. To my surprise, it held up very well. Not once did it tear or rip even when I was using less. On top of that, it was soft so it didn't cause any uncomfortable feelings I sometimes get with other brands. It has certainly convinced me and I will be buying this product in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be honest, I'm addicted to Charmin Ultra Soft and threaten my wife if she brings me anything less. When I got Charmin Ultra Strong I was concerned but I have to say this stuff was awesome. I'm not sure if they changed it recently but I have to say that it was still absolutely soft enough but it past a test that no other toilet paper that I was willing to try has been able to which is the sweat inducing single fold test. I won't go into the gory details but I will tell you this, I folded once and went for it and it held strong the whole way. It honestly blew my mind because I do not go gently into that dark night. And unlike other toilet papers that are like sandpaper, this "gets the job done" without leaving you flinching the next time you sit down. I would totally recommend this stuff to save money, assuming you are brave enough for the single fold way of life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have always hated cheap single ply toilet paper, but this makes me scowl at the loathsome cheap stuff even more. Not sure how much additional detail is necessary, but it truly does feel strong. You do not need to use 10 sheets together at once in the process. However it is still comfortable to use. I personally would recommend this bath tissue (should I find myself in a conversation about toilet paper). In addition I do plan to continue purchasing this brand based upon these results.

Its as if the toilet paper scientists in white lab coats somehow managed to cross the qualities of heavy duty paper towels with the softness of a baby kitten (not that I recommend ever wiping your nether regions with a baby kitten...they have very sharp teeth and nails!). The texture of Charmin Ultra Strong reminds me of a super absorbent paper towel, but with a comfy softness about it. If you have ever used bargain brand one-ply cheap toilet paper, and have been disappointed in its performance while sitting on your porcelain throne...then you have got to try this product. Its the polar opposite of the cheap stuff. Charmin Ultra Strong is high quality. It's substantial. It's comfortable. not scratchy. Most importantly, you an wipe as vigorously as required...you will not experienced the dreaded "finger poke through" that often accompanies other toilet paper brands. I recommend that you try Charmin Ultra Strong today. You really do not realize what you have been missing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frankly I was dubious about a strong tissue being soft, however I was pleasantly surprised. Being a bit sensitive I have been burned before with toilet tissue claims regarding softness. I ordinarily use Charmin soft but I was really impressed here. I think this new strong and soft will also allow tremendous savings by using less, I gave two rolls to my mom who is on a septic system to see how it suited her. More to come.
