We made a modification resulting in a slight decrease in the number of sheets on each Mega Roll and reduced the width of some rolls to make them standard for all our roll sizes. It’s a tough decision any time we make a change that may impact our consumers, but your Charmin Rolls are now 2Xs more absorbent - so you can use less. If you feel this is not the case, and you truly didn't receive your Mega Rolls but got another item instead, please contact Walmart directly, at 1-800-925-6278.
