I love this cereal. Have been buying it ever since it came on the market. I like it with sliced bananas. Tends to get soggy if you let it sit too long. Low glycemic.

It is non-gmo'd. Main reason for buying.

Really like this cereal. One of only 4 I'll eat. Cinnamon is good for you. Yes, there's some sugar. But I might not eat it if there wasn't.

A very good cold cereal with good cinnamon flavor , sweet yet not OVERLY sweet like majority of cold cereals !
