Our great nieces and nephews had a BLAST playing in this when they came to visit us. It’s so easy to set up, and I purchased a large tub in which to store it. I would definitely purchase this again!

My husband and I bought this for our three year old boy. Today was his birthday so it was a gift. Our son climbed to the top of the rock wall and then fell head first onto the ground because thees is no mat included for that area.

Big hit with our kids! Overall we are happy with our purchase. Quality seems great for the price. However, we were disappointed when we opened the box and the bounce house was obviously previously used (bottom tarp and stakes covered in lots of dried mud). Sam's could do better with their quality control of reselling returned items. Tried calling their customer service to see if we could get an exchange and got no where with them. So that is the reason for the 4 star rating. Bounce house still seems in great condition otherwise and kids play with it everyday so did decide to just keep the used one we received.

Buyer Beware – No Refund If Your Order Is Stolen I had an item stolen from my porch after delivery, and Sam’s Club refused to refund me. What’s worse is they didn’t even require a signature for the delivery. Once the package was dropped off, they considered it “my responsibility,” even though I never received it. Customer service was dismissive and offered no real help. I was basically told to investigate it myself, check cameras, and deal with it. That’s unacceptable for a paid membership and a large retailer. If you’re considering buying expensive items from Sam’s Club, know this: if it gets stolen, you’re on your own. No signature required, no protection, no accountability. I’m canceling my membership because I don’t see the value in paying to be part of a club that doesn’t stand behind its customers.

This bounce house was amazing. My 3,5, and 7 year old grandchildren had a ball.

I have put this up one time and it has TWO leaks!

Not to big and not to small. Kids loved it and so did all the other kids on the street.
