My kids absolutely loved this bounce house while it was working properly — they had such a great time on it! Unfortunately, during play, the section you’re supposed to walk up to enter the jump area suddenly filled with air. That part is supposed to stay flat for safe entry, but instead it inflated, making it unstable and unsafe. We had to stop using it immediately because I was worried someone could get hurt. Sam’s Club customer service and return process were excellent — quick, understanding, and easy to work with. I might consider purchasing another bounce house from Sam’s in the future because of their great service, but I really hope this issue is looked into by the manufacturer to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice bounce house. It fills with air pretty quickly, the set up wasn’t hard at all. It is a nice size for children and it is very durable. The blower was accidentally left in the rain and it still works.

Previous owner of single use jump house. This backyard model has multiple activities in one model. Very satisfied with purchase.

So much fun for my 4 and 1 year old they loved. Also quick setup and storage. I bought a tote to store it.

I bought it because it has a taller slide and small kids like it. It is small enough to put it in our living room. I do not think the included blower is strong enough and bounce house seem a bit too soft to me.

Bought it this week and opened it for the first time today and it’s broken at multiple seams.

Great product for the price. Will keep kids entertained for hours. Material is strong, 1-4 little kids can be on there at a time with it not even moving. If adult needs to go in to help it does deflate more so than other bounce house I’ve been in but quickly deflates right back up.

Super tall and long, plenty of room for multiple kids. It comes with the blower to inflate it. You can pin it down outside for safety which is great. Seems thick and durable, deflation option on the blower also making clean up and storage easy.
