Buyers beware

Buyer Beware – No Refund If Your Order Is Stolen I had an item stolen from my porch after delivery, and Sam’s Club refused to refund me. What’s worse is they didn’t even require a signature for the delivery. Once the package was dropped off, they considered it “my responsibility,” even though I never received it. Customer service was dismissive and offered no real help. I was basically told to investigate it myself, check cameras, and deal with it. That’s unacceptable for a paid membership and a large retailer. If you’re considering buying expensive items from Sam’s Club, know this: if it gets stolen, you’re on your own. No signature required, no protection, no accountability. I’m canceling my membership because I don’t see the value in paying to be part of a club that doesn’t stand behind its customers.

Hours of entertainment

This bounce house was worth every penny! We got it for my 2 year olds birthday party and it was perfect for his age up to his brothers age (12)!

No Mat

My husband and I bought this for our three year old boy. Today was his birthday so it was a gift. Our son climbed to the top of the rock wall and then fell head first onto the ground because thees is no mat included for that area.
