I already have a vitamin and a refreshing drink. It doesn’t taste. bad. and doesn’t leave a bad taste either. It has given me a lot of energy, it has not hurt my stomach, it keeps me focused on my household chores and its consistency dissolves very easily, you just need to mix it very well and it is ready to take it.

There is no aftertaste of artificial sweeteners. It does not have that vitamin taste what so ever. The value is great because it comes with 30 individual stick packs. For under 30 dollars. It does give me the right amount of vitamins I need. It is very effective. Truly recommend it.

They are easy to mix up, and great for someone who doesn’t like swallowing pills. My only complaint is that it doesn’t specify what ages can use it. My husband really liked the taste; I just thought it was okay. Overall a decent product.

I really love the Sea Moss packets from this brand so I was excited to see a multivitamin is the same individual packet form. But unfortunately, the taste is just not there. I didn't care for either flavor. I look forward to my Sea Moss every day but these multivitamin packets I will only be keeping around for times that I might run out of my normal liquid vitamin that I take. It does help if you dilute it with more water and add a few drops of stevia.
