I do not have to have a higher flame because these disperse the heat so evenly, saving me money. The long handles are a plus! And cleaning with just a simple swipe of the sponge and done! I'm going to miss my cast iron....

The 8 inch pan is great for a nice size cheese omelet. I had to get used to the weight. Fast clean up after cooking. The handle does not get hot. Use them constantly

You can use them over moderate to medium heat you don’t have to use high heat on them everything is cooked evenly. They are made of an non-stick coating. You don’t need to use any oil to cook in them. You can use them for frying , searing and browsing food. The handles are easy to grab . They are made of a great material. I just love them.
