have tried a lot of sea moss products and this is by far the easiest and best tasting one I have found. Most sea moss gels are messy, hard to be consistent with, or honestly just tough to get down. TruLabs made this simple. The stick packs dissolve quickly, taste great, and fit perfectly into my daily routine. I usually mix it with water in the morning or add it to a smoothie, and it blends smoothly with no grit or weird aftertaste. What really sold me is how clean and intentional the formula is. This Sea Moss flavored powder is so good! Both flavors are great and I like that it has citric acid so its bright and refreshing, no need to add extra lime or lemon. It makes for a great base for stacked water combos. I'll add extra blue spirulina powder, chia seeds, and coconut water for extra hydration and great alternative to Gatorade. Hard to say if its adding to glowing skin but I'm about half way thru the box. Highly reccomend!!

Good thing about this is it does not have after taste like sea weed, completely masks it. need to ensure the water is atleast 16 oz or else little water can make it taste overly sweet.

So I didn’t have high hopes for this sea moss drink mix because I had previously tried a sea moss jelly and that did nothing for me, but to my surprise this Sea Moss drink mix was very effective! It contains a blend of Irish Sea Moss, Biotin and Spermidine As Yuth. So it helps nourish hair nails, digestion and immunity. It comes in two delicious flavors, Pink Citrus and Dragon Fruit Lime. The sachet is mixed into 16-20oz of water and are ready to enjoy the smooth energy boost through out the day. Its a yummy sweet drink that is sweetened with monk fruit, so no worries about added sugars and calories. This one beat my expectations and I will definitely be repurchasing it on repeat! I’ve tried both flavors so far, and the Dragon Fruit Lime is probably my favorite. It mixes pretty well, and I didn’t notice any weird aftertaste like I expected. I can’t say I noticed huge changes overnight, but I’ve enjoyed adding it to my daily routine because it’s an easy way to get sea moss without having to deal with gels or capsules. It’s something I’ll probably keep buying.
