The flavor is surprisingly pleasant and doesn't have that typical "earthly" taste. One thing to keep in mind is that you really need to stir or shakes it well to avoid clumps,, but once it's fully mixed, the texture turns out smooth and enjoyable. It feels like my body absorbs it more effectively than capsules, and I notice a steady, clean energy boost throughout the day. I also like the overall formulation - the ingredients list is solid, and everything seems thoughtfuly combined.

I absolutely love the ingredients and how healthy they are, no artificial sweeteners! The biotin is definitely a winner and much needed for my hair, skin and nails. I love taking the packets with me. The drink powder stirs in really well to, no clumps or issues. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something with mega health benefits.

It was light and refreshing. It came with two different flavors, dragonfruit lime and pink citrus. My favorite was the dragonfruit lime! The pink citrus was very good at well. It had a grapefruit pink lemonade taste. Im usually not a fan of grapefruit but it was a very light flavor of it. It tasted more on the pink lemonade side. Love that it has 500mg of Sea Moss, which is loaded with lots of minerals including magnesium.

Both flavors are mild, and I do appreciate the taste - (both initially and the aftertaste.) Reading all of the health benefits on the box makes me feel good about consuming these, and I am more apt to recommending and buying this Product in the future. The packaging of each of the drink mix sticks are very convenient, well-labeled, and contain all pertinent information. I like the Pink Citris Flavor more! The dragon fruit lime flavor is refreshing with a light citrus kick, not overly sweet, and super easy to mix on the go. It feels like a clean, quick wellness boost. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This multivitamin mix is an easy way to get daily vitamins (and increase water intake). It's says to mix with 16-20 oz water. I prefer more diluted flavor so I mixed with a full 24 oz water bottle and it still has great flavor. Not grainy or hard to mix in.

I do taste the sweetness of the monk fruit but it's not bad. I am not a fan of the sea moss gel but this I can take any day. These single-serve sticks make it easy to take on the go all you need is water and a cup or a water bottle. You only need one per day so you have 2 flavors to choose from make sure to stir well. I love the flavors, the pink citrus tastes like grapefruit, lemon, and lime with sweetness from the monk fruit. The Dragon fruit lime, tastes like lime and dragon fruit with the sweetness from the monk fruit. They are both delicious, sugar-free, convenient, and mess-free. I noticed it gives me energy and keeps me hydrated. It is mineral-rich and has ingredients like biotin and spermidine to help support hair and nails cellular and immune function. I can definitely remember to take this with pleasure and it is made in the USA.

It's easy to prepare and the Pink Citrus and Dragon Fruit Lime flavors, while not strong, are good. I'm not sure yet if it's helping health-wise with my hair, nails, and aging, but it's not causing any noticeable adverse effects. I'm also glad that they used Monk fruit extract instead of sucralose for their products.
