I was nervous about the sea moss tasting like seaweed but it didn’t at all and actually had a really good flavor. I really liked the Dragon Fruit Lime. I also found out all the benefits of SeaMoss, like it naturally contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The mix easily dissolves in water and great for on the go!

I had never heard of Sea Moss before until I learned that it contains 92 of the 102 minerals found in the human body and it's really good for you. When I looked it up, I was so happy to see this available at Sam's Club. I've been drinking 1 packet each day for several months and I really enjoy it. I look forward to it. I really like the Green Dragon Fruit Lime. The Pink Citrus is just okay. Not my favorite but I still like it well enough that I switch flavors back and forth each day. I will continue buying this monthly.
