I recently started wearing these Sperry Men’s Flat-Front Shorts, and they offer a great balance of style and comfort. I’ve been wearing them for casual weekend outings and errands, and they provide a much more polished look than standard athletic shorts. There are three specific characteristics that stood out during use: Stretch Fabric: The material has a surprising amount of stretch to it. This makes them incredibly comfortable for all-day wear and allows for a full range of motion without feeling restrictive. Tailored Aesthetic: The flat-front design is very clean, giving them a "smart-casual" appearance that pairs well with a polo or a button-down. Construction: The fabric feels durable and holds its shape well throughout the day, even with the added flexibility. My only significant "con"—and the reason for 4 stars—is the front pocket design. The pockets are cut in such a way that I don’t feel entirely safe with items inside. When I sit down, it feels as though my phone or keys could easily slide out. While the stretch fabric is a win for comfort, just be careful with your valuables when you’re sitting in the car or at a restaurant!

These Sperry Men's shorts are a fantastic addition to my summer wardrobe. They have a great fit and are incredibly comfortable, made with soft fabric. The length is stylish, sitting perfectly above the knee. They are decent quality and perfect for everyday casual wear, boating, or travel.

These shorts are some of the most comfortable shorts I have ever owned. The material is soft and stretchy. They have a clean look that you can dress up or they are good for just a casual outing. The length is perfect just above the knee. You get the quality you have come to know with the brand.

These speedy shorts are very comfortable and durable. The material is thin/light and flex with your movements for added comfort. In addition the shorts are very stylish. The pockets are deep enough to fit the “modern” phone as well as a wallet without worry w out it falling out when you move or sit.

These casual shorts are a great fit without the excessive long legs that most have, and the flexible material is very comfortable for all day wear. They have two rows of strings on the inside of the waistband to keep the shirt from pulling out. Bought one pair to try them, and then went back and bought more for each color.

Nice well made shorts with a decent slim cut to them. I’m a big guy with skinny legs so a lot of shorts look ridiculously baggy. These are better than most as far as not being so baggy. They are 8” inseam I believe, which is a little shorter than I like (sit above knee when standing) but not crazy short that look silly like a lot of currently popular shorts. Material has a decent amount of stretch so they’re comfortable. Well constructed and true to size.

That said, the fit runs a bit tighter than expected—especially around the thighs and hips. I ordered a 34 regular, and it feels more snug in those areas than typical relaxed-fit shorts. If you prefer a looser fit or have a more athletic build, you may want to consider sizing up. On the plus side, the multiple pockets are practical and don’t add bulk, which keeps the overall look neat. Overall, these are stylish and comfortable shorts with good quality, but be mindful of the fit depending on your body type.

Really comfortable and breathable pants that are easy to wear all day. The color options are nice, and I’d definitely recommend them, just keep in mind the shades are a little more muted or dull in person rather than super bright. Still, they look great and feel soft, making them a solid everyday choice.

These are classy going out shorts but I would not wear them golfing or any kind of athletic activity like hiking. They are finished nicely and go with a nice tshirt or polo when I'm going over to friend or casual dinner downtown.

Shorts are comfortable and feel nice, i feel they could be a little longer but the wife says they look great at that length, but overall they are really nice shorts and would consider buying a few more pairs.
