Excellent Machine—Just Be Patient When Straining

I've really enjoyed using this milk maker. It's easy to use, looks great on the countertop, and makes fresh plant-based milk much more convenient than I expected. The finished milk has a nice consistency, and I like knowing exactly what ingredients are going into it. The only small downside is that straining can sometimes take a little extra time, especially with certain nuts or oats, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to the quality of the results. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to make homemade plant-based milk.

Hot or cold

I'm in love, this nut milk maker is easy to use and easy to clean. I appreciate the inner glass container that everything mixes in and the fact that I can use it for smoothies and soups.

Great Product

I do love my nutmilk! I don't separate it, & drink the whole thing. The hardest is the flaxseed & the slime. I know the slime is great for hair & will have to figure out how to work it for both. I've made walnut milk, & didn't separate it. It was good. I just made almond milk w/o separating. I believe in the whole nut has good properties, why waste it. I love how it cleans itself too! It is a great product!

Perfect fit For Us

Love the design of this and its function. I also like the fact that it has a window so you can monitor the process. We had a larger machine that took up too much space in our small kitchen. This one actually fits in our cabinet freeing up space from the countertop. We have been slowly migrating to smaller more compact appliances as we get older. We dont have a need for massive products, it's just the two of us so this product not only works well but compact. Now if Greenpan can make a compact espresso machine…. LOL

Almond Milk in minutes

We just received a week ago and I have only made almond milk but the simplicity is amazing. Add your ingredients and push a button. Made in minutes. I did find the strainer to be a little small for the almond milk pulp. I have switched to a funnel and bigger strainer to make the process more streamlined. The clean-up is just as easy. A drop of soap and water and push a button and a quick rinse. This product has exceeded my expectations and can't wait to try all the other functions.

Better Blend Milk Maker

I love it. I have only used it a couple of times, but am very happy so far. I wish a cloth to cover the strainer was in the package, I had too much skin from the almonds in the milk. I need to do as another person did, soaked the almonds in water, put kitchen gloves on and the skins popped off easily when squeezed. I will make coconut milk next.

Worth it

Well I was not sure how well this product would work and I was not disappointed. I have made 3 jars of oat milk. Taste same as store bought. I use the left overs from oats as hot cereal. Cleans up so quick it rediculas water drop of dawn and machine does same. I can make it clean it in less then 20 min. I know what's in my milk and taste no difference. it says use vinella extract but I prefer it better with out.

Wish it would've worked out

Easy to use, but unfortunately, the results are not what I expected. Maybe the third or fourth edition we have better results with the product making.

Dangerous - boiled over!

Bought this for one function - soy milk. making soy milk from scratch is very time consuming and labor intensive. I was hopeful when I saw this product on QVC then on Sam's website. It was delivered on time so the lone star is for the delivery. First off, I've made oat milk following the recipe in the user guide…not the best but not the worst. My vita mix and even ninja blenders make much creamier oat milk. Oh well but I didn't buy this to make oat milk so next up - soy milk. Again, followed the recipe in the user guide making sure the max water level for hot. After several minutes of churning and heating up, the pressure of the steam pushed the lid up and it was only partially covered. Hot water and steam was spewing out of the side like magma and the hot water was all over my kitchen counter and the floor. I quickly unplugged the cord and lift the cover off completely. In doing so, I was not able to avoid the hot steam and water so my hands got burned in several spots. After removing the lid, I've noticed that the steam vent had been blocked by the soybean skins. I've figured that was reason for the mini volcano I just witnessed. So I cleaned everything - the machine, kitchen, kitchen floor and etc…Then I've waited several hours to cool the machine to try making soy milk again. And this time, I've rubbed off 99% of the skins, which was not the best way to spend your day. In goes the skinned beans, other ingredients, and the water. And to my surprise, it boiled over again. After unplugging and removing the lid, I've inspected the steam vent and it was clean. I highly doubt that the manufacturer of this product actually made the soy milk. With the hot steam and water boing over, it could easily injure an innocent child who happened to be suiting or walking by. Greenspan needs to recall this product asap. I wish I could upload the photos of the water volcano but the Sam's app is not letting me!
