Solid grill
Very impressed with the engineering and product packaging. All parts went together according to the instructions and assembly was easy. The grill performance cooks evenly across the entire surface even when loaded with steaks.

Being a long time Webber guy, it was a tough sell this would compete. That said first impression is it's at least as good, has better burner control, temp stays perfect the entire cook time. The assembly piece is new but it gave me the opportunity to see it is well built. The side burner is a nice addition over the Webber. Food cooks even with great flavor and nice lines. This is at least as good as my much more expensive Webber. Highly recommend rolling the dice as after almost 2 decades and 3 full size and 1 portable Webber I'm a fan!
Thanks so much for your review! We’re glad to hear it works well for you and that you’re happy with the value!
An absolute pleasure to use.
There's no other way to say it other than, this grill is an absolute joy to use. The heat up time is minutes. The fit and finish of the grill is fantastic. I am fortunate to have a Sam's in the same parking lot as Home Depot so I got to have a side by side touch and feel of Home Depot's best options vs this. And I honestly can't recommend this more. Starters. It is not hard to assemble. Use a drill with a Philips head. This entire build takes an hour. It's super simple. It's just one screw driver. I love the double walled insulation. I have a daughter and people over. When the grill is 400 degrees I can still put my hand on it for 3 seconds. Giving some room for error if someone's touches it. Once set up I cooked rib eye and for the first time used an infrared that left a perfect sear. Then burgers. Dogs. Pancake. Everything's been simple. Enjoyable. Yes. The enamel did scratch off while cleaning. It's on the under side, it didn't not scratch all the way off, just a layer. Currently. I don't care. Underneath is stainless steel. And if I really cared I could have it replaced. Cleaning is relatively easy. You can scrub the grates with a brush, or do what I do. Wait until it cools and washing them with a sponge in the sink. The spacious area has been great for everything I've thrown at it and the ability to cooking things such as, a large dish of macaroni and cheese on one side, in indirect heat has been spectacular. If I'm looking for downsides. The cover. That's includes by the way. Isn't a friendly material. It's like a rugged tarp. It'll do well outside. But the feel might bother people. This is a silly negative. It fits well. It's included. The enameled grates will come off. I haven't had any in food. And I haven't had any issues. And the spot that did come off I don't care. It's in the underside. This might scare people. You could always make a claim for replacement. My thought is, it's stainless steel underneath. So I don't care. Maybe someone else does. Maybe I make a claim if it gets bad. So far. Underside. Don't see it. Don't care. Clean up is easy, but to get the larger grease pan out you need to undo two screws. Not a big deal. You can also access it by removing grates. But for a deep clean. You'll want to remove two screws. Set up was a breeze. And the reason I went with this over a flat top, is simple. This is an excellent grill. I don't see anything from $3000 down being so much better that I regret buying this. Right away. It's an excellent grill. I can use the included flat top and have a very good griddle. Or buy an addition top and have a very good full size griddle. But if I got an excellent flat top. I can't make that a grill. So I went with the excellent grill that can be a good flat top. Rather than the excellent flat top that can never be a grill. If this grill was ruined today. I would buy another tomorrow. Sale price. Full price. Whatever it's better than anything Weber offers.
Thank you for the great review and the high rating! We are so glad you are happy with the quality, performance, and value of the grill. It is awesome to know it is making your cooking experience even better. Happy grilling!

The good and the bad.
A great performing grill. Have used it several times with satisfaction. Was packaged by a shipping guru who made sure that nothing would be damaged - every item was in protective wrap. Now the bad news. The spark igniter did not work. I called the service number the first day to report this (left a message on their phone.) Waited 7 days with no response. Called again - and it has been another 7 days with no response. This is frustrating and NOT ACCEPTABLE! So - buyer beware if you run into a problem. I light the grill with a lighter and it performs as good or better than other grills I have owned. I just need a problem resolution. P.S. At the bottom of the reviewing page it says I have given Walmart permission to publish this review. I bought this at Sam's Club and am on the Sam's Club site writing this!!!

Fantastic Grill just hope for are no broken parts!
First off, I really like the grill! The assembly instructions and 3d APP really helped with the build. I am really happy with the grill and recommend. I am only giving 4 stars. One of the hinges were broken for the grill door. I have called the "Missing Parts" number repeatedly and left a message over the past two weeks. No one has responded. The company provides excellent documentation when an issue like this occurs and does not follow thru. Frustrating.

Good grill with some caveats
It's a good grill. Took about 1 hour and 40 minutes to assemble by myself. The box weight was is ~204 pounds so be aware of that. The diamond cross grill grates are annoying to clean. Soap and water works but you'd still have to get in between each diamond and I don't have a large basin to clean them well, so you end up with wet food stuck all throughout. I'll get a nylon brush in hopes it works. Also some smoke came out of the hi-lo knobs during the initial burn off but it didn't seem like a big deal. Contacted the company who manufacturers this grill and no one answered, left them a message and haven't heard back. Maybe they can reply to this letting me know if a nylon brush would work. Again, it's a good grill for the price. Made pork chops, ny strip, chicken wings and chicken thighs on the main grill and the infrared burner is fantastic for boiling corn/sweet potato in a pot. Note, the infrared burner gets *insanely* hot so be careful.
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the grill.
A nylon brush can be used to clean the cooking grates. Cleaning them while they're still warm may help remove food residue more easily. We also apologize that you weren't able to reach our support team. Please contact us again through our support channel, and we'll be happy to assist.
Happy grilling!
it's okay.
Harder than anticipated to assemble, about 2 hours, more if you include unboxing. the 6 screws to attach the side shelves were a real pain. both sides of the cabinet were bent so aligning doors was an extra challenge. there was an extra wire on the infrared side that I could not find any mention in either assembly instructions. 4 Stars due to bent cabinet sides. see photos

Poor quality for such a good grill.
I bought this grill last year because it looked like a dupe of the Weber grill. The grill itself cooks very well, but there are a few issues. I guess in an effort to cut costs for the grill the middle burners don't have their own igniter. You have to use the outer burners to like the inner burners by holding down the gas. Another thing after a year I noticed is the handle to open the grill is always loose no matter how much I tighten it after a while it becomes loose. And I think the biggest issue of all is the knobs began to peel after a few months. The only saving grace for this girl really is that all the burners are pretty even when it comes to cooking. The grease pan is far away so that the grill doesn't light when you're cooking fatty meats as much which is a plus. I feel like there are other grills in this price point that don't cut costs as much as the members Marke brand.

Important-Grease tray not removable for cleaning
Description states "a large pullout deep-clean grease tray." This claim is false and needs to be removed from the ad. Upon assembly, I discovered the grease tray is permanently affixed to the firebox with 4 screws. It is virtually impossible to remove for cleaning so will eventually catch fire. Returned for refund.
