Very impressed with the engineering and product packaging. All parts went together according to the instructions and assembly was easy. The grill performance cooks evenly across the entire surface even when loaded with steaks.

I was amazed by the quality of this grill. I've been looking at it online, but wanted to go into a Sam's Club warehouse to see it in-person before I purchased it. For the price, you get an amazing value....it's definitely WAY better than the less expensive grills you can get at other big box stores. The only downside is that you have to assemble the grill (takes 2 people and about 90mins). And I was surprised at how compact the box was! Fits easily in any standard car. But once the grill is assembled, you will be so proud of your work! I love the diamond shaped grilling grates and the infrared side burner! I definitely recommend this grill, and I love that it also comes with a griddle that is removable and stacks neatly under the grill. Included cover is also another plus. We've only used it once so far (grilled burgers), but I am looking forward to firing up the whole grill for some summer bbqs soon. Definitely recommend.

This grill isn't like the typical big box store grills, the firebox is thick and solid and so is the lid. The result is a steady even temp. It comes with a griddle plate that replace one of the standard grates, and has a dedicated storage area for the extra grate (griddle or standard) underneath. Nice touch. Assembly is easy, espicially using the instructions via the app. There was one minor issue during assembly: The drip pan assembly screws into the bottom of the firebox. The threads needed to be chased with a tap (M8). If you try to force them, you'll strip the screws. Also be ready to ask for help moving this thing. Packaged weight is ~200 lbs. Ran it at about 500 degrees for 30 minutes to cook off all manufacturing oils, etc. I have not had issues with the grates as another revier mentioned.

Arrived in one day,Delivery guy wined because it was so heavy,Left it by my garage in the rain instead on my covered porch,even though i asked him to put it on the porch,so I ran home so i could move it! Pretty straight forward to put together,Did it myself in about 3 1/2-4 hrs.Only used the instruction book that came with it!! Beautiful grill,getting propane today so i can use it!! Packaged great,no scratches or damage!!

This is the best quality grill I have ever owned and I owned many over the years. Assembly was very easy with easy instructions. I was able to assemble this grill without help and being 70 years old.

This is very nice grill for it's price point! it arrived on time and was delivered on a pallet. It was very well packed. They have video's available to help you put it together. I was able to do it by the pictures. After the initial 15 minute burn off,i made 2 steaks on the infrared sear burner. The sear was better than most restaurants! It kicks butt.

There’s no other way to say it other than, this grill is an absolute joy to use. The heat up time is minutes. The fit and finish of the grill is fantastic. I am fortunate to have a Sam’s in the same parking lot as Home Depot so I got to have a side by side touch and feel of Home Depot’s best options vs this. And I honestly can’t recommend this more. Starters. It is not hard to assemble. Use a drill with a Philips head. This entire build takes an hour. It’s super simple. It’s just one screw driver. I love the double walled insulation. I have a daughter and people over. When the grill is 400 degrees I can still put my hand on it for 3 seconds. Giving some room for error if someone’s touches it. Once set up I cooked rib eye and for the first time used an infrared that left a perfect sear. Then burgers. Dogs. Pancake. Everything’s been simple. Enjoyable. Yes. The enamel did scratch off while cleaning. It’s on the under side, it didn’t not scratch all the way off, just a layer. Currently. I don’t care. Underneath is stainless steel. And if I really cared I could have it replaced. Cleaning is relatively easy. You can scrub the grates with a brush, or do what I do. Wait until it cools and washing them with a sponge in the sink. The spacious area has been great for everything I’ve thrown at it and the ability to cooking things such as, a large dish of macaroni and cheese on one side, in indirect heat has been spectacular. If I’m looking for downsides. The cover. That’s includes by the way. Isn’t a friendly material. It’s like a rugged tarp. It’ll do well outside. But the feel might bother people. This is a silly negative. It fits well. It’s included. The enameled grates will come off. I haven’t had any in food. And I haven’t had any issues. And the spot that did come off I don’t care. It’s in the underside. This might scare people. You could always make a claim for replacement. My thought is, it’s stainless steel underneath. So I don’t care. Maybe someone else does. Maybe I make a claim if it gets bad. So far. Underside. Don’t see it. Don’t care. Clean up is easy, but to get the larger grease pan out you need to undo two screws. Not a big deal. You can also access it by removing grates. But for a deep clean. You’ll want to remove two screws. Set up was a breeze. And the reason I went with this over a flat top, is simple. This is an excellent grill. I don’t see anything from $3000 down being so much better that I regret buying this. Right away. It’s an excellent grill. I can use the included flat top and have a very good griddle. Or buy an addition top and have a very good full size griddle. But if I got an excellent flat top. I can’t make that a grill. So I went with the excellent grill that can be a good flat top. Rather than the excellent flat top that can never be a grill. If this grill was ruined today. I would buy another tomorrow. Sale price. Full price. Whatever it’s better than anything Weber offers.

Excellent grill, but the grill top (cooking grate) chipped into my food after heating above 300 degrees. Shiny enamel all over my steak that was very hard to pick off. Makes you wonder when the recall is and how many people will be harmed between now and then. I reached out and the manufacturer is unwilling to stand by their product (but to Sams credit, they are willing to return it for a refund).
