Nice scent. Stupid Sam’s policy

Scent is good. Sam’s policy of limiting 2 per membership when it went on sale is stupid and illogical! Why the limit? Is there a shortage of these or are they emergency medical items? Dumb policy to restrict to two purchases per membership.
