Honestly, I wasn't sure at first because I hadn't been drinking much, but since then I've had a few night where I know I would have been hurting. NO TODAY THO!! This stuff is my new go-to! Love it.

Yes, I think it helped. Hard to say exactly how much better I felt, but seem to make a difference. But when you’re paying for alcohol and then paying for supplements to counteract the alcohol, it’s a wake up call to just stop drinking so much!!
