So far, about half way into the jar, I'm cautiously optimistic, with good hydration. Wish it addressed GI symptoms but maybe a future version will do that. For right now, so far so good.

I am not a heavy drinker, nor is my girlfriends. But we have tried these capsules a couple of times after pretty moderate drinking and did not notice a huge improvement in how we felt during the night, mild headache, and drowsiness the next morning.

Husbandsaid he didn't notice any improvement or difference.

I only take these on the nights I go a little "overboard", they are very well worth the money.
