These are amazing. When we first got them they seemed to be such small ref/freezer. Once installed in the cabinetry they are perfect. Super quiet and very nice. I would put them up against any of the bigger brands in quality, features and looks. You will not be disappointed. Make sure you contact someone at Forno for the details on installation requirements, measurements etc. They are not always easy to find. Other than that perfect.

Losing a star for requiring a full review of your product in order to complete registration of the product. That's weird that you make us do that. It came. One of the shelves has a crack in it which is why I'm registering my warrantee so I can call and make a claim. They seems to work and cool properly.

purchased less than 2 years ago and fridge is in not holding temp.

It would be helpful to speak with an agent. When I called several times and requested English I got a recording in French. Then it was over a week to get an automated response. I was unsure about whether it was received.

I can not comment on service because I have not spoken with anyone yet. We received the stove, dishwasher and left side of the fridge without damage. Only the right side of the fridge is damaged. We have not opened the microwave yet.

Great fridge. But one of the 24 inch fridges is leaking .. otherwise I would leave a 5 star review . I’m sure they will make it right. I’ve heard they have great customer service .

My new Forno 60” fridge was installed yesterday. Easy to configure shelving, plenty of room and we can free up the garage (getting rid of the old fridge out there) for our cars!

We like the refrigerator so far but one side is not cooling properly. We are in the process of reporting the problem. Now that we are registered hopefully we can get it fixed.

Unit was nice, it didn't have the trim with it, needed to ask for it to be sent, it has been in service since march of 2024 not quite a year and the freezer side has quit making cold air to freeze or refrigerate . need it repaired or replaced asap

I've only had the new fridge a fews days. So far so good. But the quality of shelves and drawers, and door handles is disappointing. Very flimsy and cheap.
