[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is awesome! I love the choice of settings and attachments and haven't used them.all yet. It is a beautiful and sturdy appliance on my counter. It is not easily portable and this is what I wanted.

the motor is not as strong. directions tell not to go above number 2 for kneading . the bowl wobbles and motor struggles. beaters do not go down to the bottom of the bowl or the sides.

I bought this mixer because I am getting into sourdough making. I like the convenience of the Tilt-Head but have not been happy that it "jerks/jumps" while mixing dough because it won't fully lock down. The first few times it happened, I thought it was going to jump off my counter top - scared me to death! I researched you-tube videos/reviews and found this is common - did the dime test - adjusted the screw.......this helped some but it still convulses when the dough gets heavy/thick. This is an expensive mixer - wish it didn't have this issue - but I am stuck with it and while it has it's issue, I am grateful for all the wonderful things it DOES do very well. The 3-in-1 pasta attachment is fabulous and I just invested in a glass bowl......

I have been wanting a stand mixer for a long time and finally broke down and bought one. Love the color, my husband even loves the color. Out the box and in use within 2 hours of delivery. Choose this one because it came with the extra attachment for the same price as the ones without. Read the cleaning instructions as I was worried about the finishing on the blades as I had read some reviews of other models talking about the finish starting to flake or chip away very early on in usage. Instructions clearly state HAND WASH ONLY. Dishwashers can be harsh on blade finish, so I will take note of this and be sure to only wash the blades by hand after use.

Great buy for the money. I replaced my 25 yr old Kitchen Aid Classic with this one Hope it last just as long

My son bought me this mixer for Christmas because I bake a lot. I love it! I finally have hands free mixing, and a mixer that actually is a sturdy machine. The cheese shredder attachment is also a wonderful lifesaver.

This item never powered on. I called Kitchen-Aid and received a message that stated they aren't open on weekends. Banker hours customer service with products that have 0 mins run time! These items should be tested before being shipped.

I bought this last month after wanting one for several years. It is so much better than my hand mixer for making cakes and cookies and frostings. I love it.
