For someone with oily skin it may be moisturizing enough but I found it left my skin feeling very dry, drier than typically.

It balls up regularly. Compared with moisturizers that is white in color like this one, I prefer to use clear cream.

For me, the cream feels a bit heavy and takes a while to be absorbed. The fragrance is on the heavy side and smells too much like sunscreen. I didn't notice any plumper looking skin but I do like that it dries matte. Those who have oily skin will probably like this for dry winter months, skin might get greasy during summer time because this is a thicker cream. I wish it came in a higher SPF.
