The worst

2 lids were missing and I went to the store to exchange it, but they had none in stock. It turned into a nightmare. Customer service returned the wrong item from my receipt and was essentially useless. Even the online customer service was terrible.

Incompetent Delivery People

The incompetent delivery people for Sam's once again couldn't get my order right! I ordered the one color and got the ugly blue and gray color! Will be returning and I'm sick of being inconvenienced by these people they hire.

The “crappy” cheap ones lasted WAY longer.

I bought the 3-compartment ones in April. These were purchased for my children to take lunches to school. They don’t get put in the microwave, or the freezer. Just the dishwasher and lunchboxes. They also don’t get overstuffed. My children were able to use them for about a month and a half before summer break and about 2 months this school year. We are already down to 3 lids and 7 bottoms. I, too, wish I could purchase replacement lids. When we run out of lids, I will have no choice but to toss the bottoms and I’ll be purchasing another brand moving forward. I really thought these would be a better investment, given the brand name, but they aren’t. At this point they are little better than paper plates, but not priced like paper plates.

Replacement Lids needed

I love the size and functionality of these one-compartment containers, however the lids seem to be more brittle when frozen and crack very easily. I don’t seem to have this problem in the fridge or pantry, just the freezer. Wish replacement lids were available
