The reasons for 1 star is too salty.   Saltier than a ham.  Moistness perfect, instructions perfect.  Way too salty.  It's a shame as I was looking forward to future easy Thanksgiving cooking.

Too Salty

Wow! This turkey was a hit for Thanksgiving everyone raved about how delicious the turkey was! It was very juicy and full of flavor! Normally turkey can get dried out and I was concerned about it getting dry having to heat it up in the oven for a long time. To my surprise, still juicy!
You may have to cook it longer than specified so plan accordingly.

Best Turkey I've had!
