I like smoked foods and so does my fiance but we did Not enjoy this turkey. My fiance said the leg meat was almost sweet and it just did not taste like something actually smoked. The pink color to the "dark" meat was also off-putting despite me cooking it for much longer than the directions said. Luckily it was just for my fiance and myself, but it was a waste of $40! The only way I could get it to taste somewhat decent next day was to pretty much char it under the broiler with a decent amount of Herbs to try to mask the weird liquid smoke taste. Now we know it's Not worth the money.

I will not use any other turkey for Thanksgiving but this one. I made one last year and it was a big hit. My husband is a ham guy and preferred this turkey over ham! It is so easy to make you don't just have to save it for Thanksgiving. More time spent with the family instead of in the kitchen basting a turkey for hours.

Best turkey hands down! It has a mild smoked taste and a nice pink tint. With it being fully cooked we have saved a lot of time and oven space during the holidays by being able to just toss it into our countertop roaster for warming. We have tried butterballs smoked turkey and it just didn't compare in regards to texture and moistness. The price per lb is obviously more than the deals you could get at a local grocery but the minimal work required to prepare this turkey makes it worth the cost. It's so worth it that I will buy a 2nd one to store in the freezer and use it throughout the year.

I started to walk past this turkey. I have had other brands and they had an artificial taste but this one was so delicious, so tender and so so easy to prepare. Took it to a family gathering and got so many compliments on taste and questions about where I got it. Everyone thought I smoked this turkey myself. It is definitely worth the purchase.

Ordered this on a whim… best idea I've had in many years! Covered with loose foil, added a few cups of water to roaster and cooked on a rack. Made gravy with the few Smokey drippings by adding more water. Super juicy, tender, and delicious! My family has been picking on it over an hour after ‘dinner' was served. Can't wait to make killer smoked Turkey salad tomorrow! Going to order one for Christmas as well. Bravo Members Mark!

When I tell you, this is the best turkey I have ever had, I am not joking. I don't even like turkey for the holidays in general, but this turkey changed my mind. It has a nice smoked flavor similar to a smoked ham. As long as Sam's continues to sell these, I will continue to buy them every year. I promise you will not be disappointed.

You absolutely have to like Hickory smoke to like this smoked turkey. It is flavor intensive on the smoke. I reheated it as directed, but I think I would find a way to put some more moisture into it as I found ur somewhat dry.. It was enjoyed and everyone said that it was very tasty. If you're in a pinch or just can't be bothered, this is an almost homemade feeling about it.

Very flavorful. Not too salty either. Pre-cooked was perfect for my busy work schedule the night before Thanksgiving. Will purchase again for the next Holiday, if offered. Good price too!

Outstanding. I've smoked my own turkeys for years and this was as good as any I've done myself. Juicy, flavorful and so much less work. Reheat time per the instructions was closer to the high end of the recommended time. Will definitely buy again.

Just had this smoked turkey for the first time and have to say it was amazing, very tender, moist and great flavor, mild smoke taste but not overwhelming. Whole family commented that it was great.
