Overall a good coffee maker with perfect mix of options. Glass carafe could be a bit more robust.

Grind is very fine. Makes good coffee but you cant control the strength.

So far love it. Replaced another grind and brew after 10+ years

Very happy with the quality of this product. It does make strong coffee so I add more water.

I don't like that the unit turns off shortly after removing the grounds basket.

It often grinds twice. Start the grind, stops and then starts grinding again.

Not sure about upgrades. Prefer the previous model better. Previous model easier to clean
