Worked out perfectly for both a picnic and weekend getaway. I was able to store and opened wine bottle w/the cork protruding. The height is perfect. I love that it has outside pockets for the cork opener and other utensils and another pocket for hand sanitizer. It is adorned with two mesh pockets for maybe sunscreen, etc. I love to option to carry as a backpack or using the top handle.

This is a surprisingly well designed cooler and is much more comfortable to carry than I originally thought. The interior insulation is very thick and preserves temperatures well. I used this when travelling across states. Even in the warm temperatures of Florida the contents remained cold with no leaks and ice took quite a while before beginning to melt. The zippers are of a solid build, so solid they take more than a typical zipper's force to operate. The included tube of zipper grease eliminates most of the friction, but you would expect a strong zipper to ensure a proper and effective seal. As far as comfort, the padding on the straps is more than adequate for lengthy journeys, but hiking in rough terrain where a backpack may move around a lot will still cause discomfort over time. The padding on the back is more than comfortable for basic use. The mesh side pockets are tight enough to prevent unintentional loss of contents, but soft enough to prevent irritation or damage to any contents. Overall this is a solid cooler with the added benefit of easy transport. You do have to be mindful of content, because it can get heavy fast, but for a handsfree walk to setup on the beach, this is a solid choice.

Love the design of having a cooler that I can strap on my back and go anywhere! The one thing I would have liked to see would be a spot in the side to be able to put an ice pack, that way it wouldn’t take up room for the items you are carrying. My wife is a Protein salesperson and she has used it once so far to take product into a possible client. After the meeting with the client, he asked her where she had purchased it. She informed him that it was an item that hopefully other could purchase at Sam’s Wholesale soon.

I received the gray cooler and absolutely love it! It’s well made, has 2 zippered pockets on the front of cooler, 2 pockets on each side that you can slide your cell and small items into, an attached bottle opener and plenty of space inside. I put 3 ice packs in the cooler with 9 cans of soft drinks and left it for 2 days. While the ice packs had thawed out, they were still cold as well as the cans. It’s well insulated and there was no moisture inside the cooler. My husband put the cooler on his back and said with 9 cans and the ice packs, it did have some weight. It was comfortable on his back and well cushioned. I don’t think I would put 24 cans with ice in it unless I added everything once I got to my social function with it as it would be too heavy to put on your back. I did have some trouble with the top zipper even after putting the lubricant on it that came with the cooler. The 2 side pockets need to have some more flexibility and be wider so you can put more in them without ripping pockets. All in all, I was very happy with this cooler, would recommend to friends and feel it would make a great gift for anyone, especially people that hike!

I love the idea of carrying as a backpack versus pulling a cooler. There is also a handle on top to carry it as well. It was perfect for an overnight hockey tournament! My grandson was all excited about packing it & carrying it. So much easier than dragging cooler in slush/snow! The only thing I’m a little nervous about is the zippers. They are a little stiff and I’m worried about them coming apart. There is a silicone tube provided to use on zippers for that purpose! Also great thought for for pouches & mesh pockets for items on each side. Overall highly recommend!

This cooler is a fantastic size, a little heave as a backpack when full, but the size and shape make it very manageable. It is also the perfect size to fit behind a seat in a car while traveling for access to your drinks. As far as its cooling abilities, it does well for a little over 24 hours after that ice melts down but drinks are still cold for an additional day depending on how many times you have to open it. This cooling ability matches a similar sized Pelican cooler we use but this cooler has more room, so definitely nice!

I took the cooler on a day trip. The ice lasted over 12 hours while the outside temperature was about 70 degrees. The backpack straps are nice and there is a mesh cushion between the pack and your back. In general the pack is a bit awkward to carry because of the molded design but it is definitely easier to carry than a regular cooler of the same size. It fits a good supply of items for a day trip.

This is a really great ides executed in a well designed and constructed product. It is clearly made of very durable materials. The walls are thick enough to keep items well chilled during transport. The straps fit comfortably enough and although the portion that rests against your back is well padded it would be nice if it more contoured. That said I understand the limitations given the purpose as a cooler and the fact that one is likely to be carrying this only a short distance and not backpacking. Useful accessory pockets are included as well as a water bottle holder. The built in bottle opener is a nice feature.

This cooler is very spacious. It will hold a lot of stuff. The "easy slide" zippers are not that "easy" but I am hopeful they will improve with use. The outside covering has a bit of texture that should be easy to clean. I marked it 4/5 stars due to the rigidity. If completely full, I imagine this will not be very comfortable to carry.
