Why does my order keep getting cancelled??!!

I purchased two. One was missing the handles. The other had all parts. We assembled it with no trouble and it’s so adorable - well worth the trouble. My granddaughters just love them! Sam’s was amazing with shipping a replacement so quickly, we were able to gift them at the same time.

Purchase these for my daughter‘s birthday they’ve charged me and then they canceled my order saying it was out of stock. Why are you still offering something for sale if it’s out of stock?

Would give zero stars since I have ordered twice and each time they cancel my order after being placed. Just frustrating since my orders were a week apart and site reflected and still reflects inventory available.

I’ve tried to order this 3 times now and it’s canceled every single time. Is anyone else having the same issue?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was scared to buy this after reading all the reviews about difficulty assembling. I had no issues and thought i'd have to have my husband's help based off the reviews but I put it together with no issues. Its beautiful and I cant wait to gift it to my daughter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read all the reviews about the difficulty putting the trolley together. Specifically the wheels. I choose to believe I was handy enough and that wouldn’t be the case for me. Well I was wrong. The screws that come with the wheels are just a little too short. Ended up getting three of them on with a lot of effort but one would not at all. Had to buy a new screw. I think it’s an easy fix for the company to include longer screws because the trolley is absolutely adorable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so disappointed by this cart. This was one of my daughter big gifts for Christmas. And putting it together Christmas Eve we couldn’t get the screw in the bolt because it was installed, by the company , off center. And unable to be screwed all the way in. My husband tried everything to make it work and we could only make a temporary fix. We figured we would wait till after Christmas to worry about. Well Christmas Day as my daughters playing with it for just a few minutes and All the other wheels start falling off! They need to be tighten multiple times a day. Awful engineering on something that’s truly very simple. My SIL got us a plastic one from a local grocery store that’s 100000x better. We’re so heartbroken and my daughter is so sad because it’s always breaking. I’m a little suspicious the good reviews are ads. Anyways! Save your money buy another brand!
